Orchestras should hold blind auditions to increase diversity, says Chineke! Orchestra's Chi-chi Nwanoku

Analysis last year by King’s College London found fewer than two per cent of orchestra members in Britain were from BME backgrounds. Ms Nwanoku said this was “not high enough” when six per cent of graduates from conservatoires in the UK were non-white.
